• Seller installed a new canopy, fuel sign and high-rise sign. The study shows lots of potential after building a new store and car wash. 

• Sellers have applied for permits for a new canopy, street price sign and new highway sign. Seller is expecting the permits very soon, and installation will begin right away. 

• So far there are new dispensers and new two Gilbarco Password POS system, new shell paint on building and existing canopy, new liquor and cigarettes cabinets, new water filter system, new LED lights for c-store and cooler doors, roof is fixed, restroom is fixed and open to the public.
